I wonder if there is a way to make it tougher to join this forum. The advertisers and facebook sellers join at a rate of about 5 or 6 a day, post some nonsense and never come back.
Then these scammers can join and PM members before the scammers even post their first message.
Should we limit the ability to send private messages until a certain post count? I know this has been suggested, but maybe limit the classified section so new members can't even read it.
Thanks for the warning, and I guess as long as we pay attention, we won't get burned.

yea it sucks but i'd make new members post at least 10-20 times before they can PM or list things for sale etc and then of course the admin can always revue their posts, see they are genuine and then lift the post limit thing early as well. if the forum software allows of course.
