BIRD mini?

I was wondering if this was a bird minibike? It originally was yellow it was painted when I was 6 years old I am 30 now so it has seen some use. I found it under some stairs when I was young without a motor and have been curious about what it is and if it's rare?

It is a Bird , if it has 6" wheels it is a Duck , 5" wheels it was a Sears Drover , either way a Bird , late 60's early 70's ! Nice bike to restore , I love mine !
