Bored & Blueprinted, .650 carb question

#1
Stupid question... I just received my Ru*ing Bored & Blueprinted carburetor, and for the life of me, I see no difference in bore to my stock Predator 212 Carb. I understand it's the Venturi area that is bored, and it's not a big jump from stock to 16.5mm. Is there some way I can confirm I got the right carb? My caliper wont fit down in there. I do see it has an additional cutout and adjusting screw on the choke side of the carb. Are there any other markings or way to check?

Thanks, JB

So I went and got a cheap pair of "inside calipers", and then measured each bore taken from my inside calipers with my digital caliper. My stock carb is ~ 15.5mm or .610", and my bored carb is ~ 16.5mm or .650". I rounded to the nearest thousandth. Lesson learned: you can't tell (or at least I can't) by looking at these bored out carbs - You have to measure them.

One more question: what is that extra adjustable screw next to the choke butterfly?
