Broken exhaust bolt???

Trying to get this exhaust bolt out without braking it off further. I've been hitting it with PB blaster for a day now and it won't budge, any ideas? Thanks image.jpeg

This is what I call a lucky brake. Lots of bolt to hang onto.

I , most of the time only have three threads to try this with.

Heat the Aluminum casting with a Plummer's torch well, Then Tap the end of the bolt a few times to try and brake the bite.

Hopefully, then you can use the vise-grip and it will just turn out. If not, do steps one and two again. Good Luck.

This is what I would do as well.

You could always try heat like bikebuddy an twid said or if enough room put on two nuts an use the bottom one an see if you can back it out without breaking.

If you've got a welder, the above method works like a champ.
Second method would be to heat it rapidly with a torch, then let it cool.

Least desirable would be to keep messing with it until you snap it off flush with the hole, then have to drill it. :hammer:
