Got this on a Facebook Buy, Sell, Trade page for $40. What is it? It has suspension front and rear.

What the very helpful gentleman is trying to say is...It is a china made bike. There are several names..like APC Chopper. They were sold at Pep Boys and many others stores. But they break fairly easy and were not made to last.
