Cat Crossbreed?

Picking this up tomorrow off of CL for $40. Looks like a Cat, but has a scrub brake and springer seat. Can anyone tell me what it is?

Can't see the front forks, but it looks like a Cat 400, with an added scrub brake. Maybe it was a TS originally, and someone added the scrub brake to the jackshaft mounts?

I would agree it is probably a 400X or R4001. That scrub brake and mounts have been added.
