CL-1 improved cam

I have a question about this cam, will it fit properly in a Predator 212 hemi.

Yes as long as you get the one for the predator. OldMiniBikes warehouse sells them, look in the predator section.

I think the new 60363 block will use the clone CL-1 I cam.

Sorry read right over the hemi part, so yes the Honda cams fit great.

Alright...i ask cause after i bought the cam i noticed it said for the non hemi head...but i put.it in the hemi it fits? A little play but fits

So just make.things simple. ......the CL1 cam will fit and work.properly in the hemi predator 212

If it says for a non hemi then you got the wrong one, the hemi (honda) cams have a .007 (IIRC) larger journal. If you use the non hemi predator cam you will end up with a failure.

That sucks....seems.luke every cam i find is for the non hemi predator.....i looked on.OldMiniBikes ..i bought it from gokartusa

On the website it says fits the 5.5 6.5 engines honda and clones? Works great with titan

I put the cam in and it runs......but what ur saying is it will fail ...how if it fits

If you don't want to pay a little over $30.00 for a CL-1 , CL-1I or a CL-2 Dyno cam, why don't you buy a BSP-2 cam for $12.00 or a BSP-3 for $18.00 they are a little cheaper. :wink:

If the box or the cam says old style predator but you ordered one for a Honda or clone then they sent you the wrong one. The old predators take a cam that only fits that motor, the new hemi takes the same cam as the Honda and clones.
