picked this up today.no identifying marks.brackets for what i assume is a tank.im lost
As Bill stated, it's definitely a Powerdyne. The extra bracket is exactly that, an extra bracket that somebody added on for something as they did the foot pegs. This frame had folding foot pegs and appears to have the brackets for a solid mount seat versus the next up the line sissy bar and suspended seat version. You are in luck though, you have the correct wheels however the forks appear to be of a different nature.
Here is Kustom Karts old Powerdyne but it doesn't look like his had the mags.
