craftsman id not there

i did some reading on the site and internet and came up that my engine is a 6 hp by crossing crankshaft p# from sears website can someone confirm?

Could be.. There are an awful lot of Tecumseh 6 horse snow blowers in the world... Does the carburetor bolt to the engine block VIA a small, maybe 1/2 inch thick intake manifold?

Like engine block, bolt pattern rotator intake manifold adapter thing, to carburetor? If so it most likely is.. Pictures would help a lot..

yes it has a 1/2 plate between carb and block

Yeah.. 4-7 horse tecumseh then.. :thumbsup: the 5 and 6 horse are most common, 6 being most comon I'd say among the group... I'm sure it probably is, if thats what Sears told ya..
