Doodlebug DB30 Redux

This has been a 5 minutes here, 5 minutes there type of thing that I put together for the kids to beat on.
While I prefer the classic appearance of the older style Baja DB30, I got a good deal on this newer style one.

I sold the old 97cc engine to recoup some cost and drilled the motor plate to accept the Predator 212cc Hemi engine. It's stock, save for the performance air filter and home-built exhaust. I welded the header from a scratch built flange, Briggs OHV riding mower engine head pipe, and 3/4" NPT conduit connector. It sounds great topped with a Briggs hot dog muffler.

Other details include:
-Home-made dash panel to accept a 2-position Indak snowblower keyed ignition switch (handlebar switch deleted)
-Handlebars pie-cut at base, repositioned, rewelded, and crossbar added for strength. Added cool $4 eBay pad.
-New pattern cut into standard solid rear sprocket
-Skateboard wheel chain tensioner (from $4 Goodwill skateboard)
-$5 Yamaha R6 copy footpegs from eBay (cut mounts and re-index them to face the pegs upwards instead of an angle)
-Home-made chain/clutch guard
-New tires, wheel bearings, clutch, and chain
-Decals and some general paint spritzing.
