Early 70's Cat mini bike

Early Cat Mini Bike (R3001) we believe ?? Split rim front & rear.. Question ?? Do these split rim come apart to put new tires & tubes on ?? Any help greatly appreciated >> Marilyn <<

Anyway, yes, the rims are two piece. They may be a b&tch to come apart, but they do.
