I cannot upload the pics I have exceeded my quota??? Anyway, I had to cut the clutch cover and remove the steel chain guard and its forward mounting tab. Its clocked for the Motovox OHV engine. I planned on doing it anyway so I didnt mind. Fits good, aims down, sounds great!

Funny thing....I went to the sellers page to suggest offering a DB30 version. He already does and I didnt notice it. Whoops!! That being said, I still recommend this header for Motovox/DB30 bikes. The 2.8 really likes it (especially after jetting.) My Dirt Bug has this, a 2500 stall clutch and a jetting done, and it runs great. I feel that this package and a jackshaft would make a nice kid/small adult cruiser. The 2.8 gets a bad rap, I know....but if you know how to love them a bit theyll run great!

Wow...looks like a fun little bike! Love the blue. Mine has a 2500 stall spring and I jetted the carb myself. The ebay seller agreed to exchange my header for the proper DB one. Im thinking of that jack shaft kit too. I might get flack for saying this but Ive grown attached to my 97cc engine...it runs very well. With my current parts and a jack shaft I think itd be a nice machine. Ive seen those things rev to the stratosphere and hold up.
