AGK dual stage header.... I got one but I was so upset on their 2 month wait for my parts I have not touched it yet. IMO you'll have to enlarge the holes as Predator has larger studs. See me post at the front of this thread.... :thumbsup:

Used a stock flange and made the pipe out of the bends from an old exercise bike.

Anyone ever use a Rigid TR-stand to bend EMT?

I'm going to make a header this weekend and am going to try using this method, probably fill the EMT with sand and heat while making the bends.

I'll let everyone know how it goes.

I ordered my header from OldMiniBikes it's a sweet header and only took a few days to get here

This doesn't work. Tried it with and without sand in the emt. Linked the tubing both times.

Flathead Briggs with an angled carb mount for the Mikuni. It forces the header pipe to be at a sharp angle leaving the block. I used a flathead flanged mount from a vendor with some bends they supplied. Cut and welded and modified, and this is the third try. I made a fish tail end for it. No muffler. I'll get it chromed one day to hide my shitty yet solid welds.
