Hs35 throttle hookup need help

I just got the kit from OldMiniBikes and installed it just like the old one and now the throttle is full open and chat figure what's wrong. Any help would be awesome.

take the stop tab out of the equation, just move the little arm out of the way and bend it down so the arm clears and then can be fine adjusted.

That tab can be "adjusted" either direction to achieve the same result.
