I know what it is....Do you?

My foreman left this in my bay at work last week. I looked at it and chuckled. After some quick disassembly and steam cleaning I could tell exactly what it was. The foreman said, "I don't know what it is and I don't even remember where it came from". He had kids that bring all kinds of crap home. Now they are grown up and he wanted it out of his shed.
Now it's time for you guys to identify it.

You guys are correct.
Apparently THIS is what happens when you mash up a tired QA50, a shopping cart & some black gas pipe.
So its a piece of junk now. The forks are beat and the tank is rusted inside. I think I can salvage parts like the drum brakes, quick release bars, the clutch, chain, sprocket and maybe some Tec H35 pieces.
Thoughts?
