I have come to the conclusion that this is a vintage 1960's bonanza, but can't come up with a definitive answer even with my searches online. If anyone knows what it is for sure, please let me know.
That is a Trail Horse made by General Appliance out of Omaha Nebraska. Yours is most likely the Wizard SS300 version with the chrome forks which was sold through Western Auto. You have the very hard to find clutch guard as well. Nice bike!
