As for distributors to purchase, I'd check Earnest Machine, Nuts Inc. , and Dorman. Dorman being the best choice,,or even a Fastenal. Just be sure to give them all the measurements ie; overall height, width across flats ect.

That has a flange on the bottom the OEM doaesn't have, and it's only .328 tall, not .450
