The numbers have no meaning as far as year etc. Hole in the engine plate makes it 1969 or later and it had a Tecumseh engine on it.

Keep looking around those 3 numbers. They did sometimes stamp the year as two digits but it may have only been in like '70 or '71. Several of mine have it and I've seen others as well. I think it's usually above the digits you already stated.

There are two things you can look at that I can think of. The bolt holes in the triple trees, if they are loose on the bolt then you'll have a difficult time correcting that now. If the bushings are old and worn at all, then they should be replaced. You definitely need close fits on those parts. My survivor has some play in it.
