Those flange bushings were made of sintered metal are oblong so they didn't spin and are very brittle. I now know to be extra careful removing them with lots of WD40.
There is also the below option but pricey. I would say I have never used the aftermarket version so don't know how well it works. Not sure if the swing arm movement with it as compared to a fixed shaft will be compatible.

Or drill a plate and use a standard bushing.
