Hello everyone, my name is Darryl. I've been tossing around the idea of getting another Rupp Hustler like I had as a kid back in '79. So the other day a friend told me about a decent Hustler for sale and needed some restoration. I wound up buying it. The wife thinks I'm nuts, but doesn't really complain and I really don't care. lol. I'm a retired Air Force vet of 21 years. I work for my local town as a motor equipment operator. Looking forward to being here. I know I will probably have a bunch of questions as I restore this bike since I'm not into motorcycles. Trucks, heavy equipment and muscle cars are my thing.
