hi guys...its time to introduce myself. my name is Max...im an old fart who was told "you cant have a mini bike...you will kill yourself on that thing...so ill get one now! i am an old time hot rodder i have allways been into "rat rods", old school style rods ect. i just sold my '30 model A ford sedan w/350SBC/350TH trans.i am now working on a fenderless vw bug w/1932 ford drop axel (5' drop),black primer,red steel wheels,wide white walls...also have a v/8 s-10 truck project that i will dump to feed my mini bike "fever". cant find used franes or bikes around here anywhere ( north alabama) so heres my plan: an asusa frame,4,5, or 6" wheels (dont know enough to decide yet) drum brakes,60t sprocket, 10t clutch and 5 hp briggs. if im screwing up let me know...any help is welcome. wil beef up rear axel mounts and add a caliper to the sprocket later.i plan on becoming a supproting member today...iv never done a forum before or posted photos but i will learn as i go...be patiant.thanks Max

yes volks rods are the shit!!!...i will soon have a roller...got to get two more wide whites...then start to put things together...got a new distraction tho....mini
