It has a 5hp Briggs and scrub rear brake. External fork springs, black plastic fenders and gas tank.

fork legs slightly bent but other than that she runs fine

The motor is a 5hp Briggs. The throttle cable isn't attached properly..looks like linkage is wonky. Would Old Mini bike have those parts?

OldMiniBikes Warehouse sells a Briggs throttle kit. There is a picture showing how it looks on the engine too.
