That's funky.
Looking @ Ruttman/Bonanza pics ,, the front half of the frame looks Bonanza,, but the back looks like it's been cut & shortened,, with axel perches added to the rear outsides.
Also on the scrub brake set up,, looks like it's home made, to go thru where a jack shaft might of been ??
Looks like the front fork lower legs might of been shortened also ?

Wonder if it was a modified Shriners or circus bike or someth'n,, especially with all the added foot pegs. ????

Anyone else notice the triple down tubes? Kinda' goes with the triple footpegs.
I am sure it's a torque monster.

Inside the 'Mini-Bike Research and Development Department':
"This thing can't be released to the consumer with only 2 down tubes"

So they worked day and night for 3 agonising and challenging years, sleepless nights of intense engineering, many coffee's, full ashtray's, binge drinking from the stress, then the solution was found,...
"Let's weld on another tube, see if that does it?"
