NSU quick minibike identification required please

Please help the engine is from a NSU quick which were rare compared to the quickly. The engine though looks like it was manufactured with the mini bike though as all mounting points/brackets look original (the engine goes really well).
I have no idea of the brand though

NSU made some weird stuff. Like a floating Lambretta and powered shoes.
Thats probably why they went under, I have always loved the shoes and that particular picture with the VW in the background looking on. If it could talk it probably would have said as she skated by "keep it up, you will be mine soon" :wink:

What I wanna know is where did the motors come from? NSU ended around '65 those bikes were built around '70. Somebody got the shaft when they bought those bikes!

That bike was sold in Oz as an NSU Bismark. The model is a BM-1 60cc.
In Australia they were distributed by Herbert Osborne, a dealer in Carlton.
I had one as a kid in the early 70's. My introduction to the sweet smell of two strokes.
I still have an original brochure.
