You just missed this one, it is in Michigan but just 4 miles north of the Ohio line.

Well, I'm a bit too late replying, and it's not exactly a mini bike event, but this past weekend was vintage motorcycle races/dirt bike races/swap meet at Mid Ohio Raceway. Supposedly it's a huge swap meet/race event, biggest in the country maybe.
It's Lexington, in north central Ohio, not far from Mansfield, where your Rupp was made. I've not made it over there yet, but I'd bet good money you'd see some other Rupp's and various other mini bikes.
Some guy had a good looking mini bike frame for sale in his front yard Saturday not too far from the event. I headed straight to the ATM and came back and it was gone. Snatched up by someone on their way to/from the swap meet no doubt.
Look for the event date for next year and try to make it out. I'm hoping to make it next year myself.
