I Looked all through minidoodle.com listings and did not come up with a frame like that .The front end is very different. When we ask for pictures you need to be closer to the frame so wheels and frame mounting tabs and such can be clearly seen . As the entire bike is painted white details are hard to see at that distance.

Taking another look the way the frame rails sweep up to the top bars on an angle from the rear axle it is like the Meyers Lynx Cub. But the treatment of the front end is what appearers to be custom built not factory work. The wheels look like the stock Taco/Meyers wheels. Just a guess but others may know a lot more about the Meyer's line
