Kind of what I was thinking.The frame looks like a Ruttman Spyder. I don't know what the forks are from. But obviously the wheels are Powerdyne. Powerdyne frames have a tell tale multiple engine slots on them which this frame doesn't have and that's why I wanted to see the neck area. The Powerdynes with those rear axle mounts have a looped frame at the front unlike the Ruttman which the top bars end beyond the neck and the bottom bars are pinched to the neck.
