Powerdyne?

Picked this up today. I know the wheels are Powerdyne and I've searched the ol interwebs and can't find anything powerdyne that looks like this. Any thoughts? Also this guard came with it.

Do you have a better picture of the neck where the frame bars connect?

Kind of what I was thinking.The frame looks like a Ruttman Spyder. I don't know what the forks are from. But obviously the wheels are Powerdyne. Powerdyne frames have a tell tale multiple engine slots on them which this frame doesn't have and that's why I wanted to see the neck area. The Powerdynes with those rear axle mounts have a looped frame at the front unlike the Ruttman which the top bars end beyond the neck and the bottom bars are pinched to the neck.

Here's a Ruttman Spyder for comparison.
