So I recently Had the Motovox Minibike Running & The Engine Stopped Running After Some Serious Riding.

Pull cord Recoil Blues..
So I removed the motor from the water pump & dolly. To Replace a pull cord.
Took off the pull cord housing, & I am having a heck of a time seating the coil spring back properly, I watched videos, and still it is not simple enough.

never remove the pulley to replace the cord! Wind it up and clamp it then feed the cord in and tie the knot. unclamp it and it winds up.
