Rupp? Hybrid? What?

What I thought was a Rupp might not be. The rear looks to be one but up front there are two bars running from the gusset to the motor mounting plate. Can't seem to find any other bike that looks like it. Any help appreciated.

It's not a Rupp. Rupps only have one down tube, and this has two. Either fox or arctic cat

It's a Scat Cat SC-415 if it has 12 inch wheels or a SC-214-B if it has 10 inch wheels.

ok ,,it has a stamp with sears roebuck and company ,model number 391-80900 serial number 2247

ok your a good man ,,thanks for all you have said ,, im going to rebuild it and will post pics on here ,,it already hits 35 mph but im shooting for 55 !!! the engine is annold 80202 briggs 3hp . im thinking of supercharging it ,,,,any ideas capguncowboy ??
