Yes, here it is again. The Sears All Terrain Minibike.

Shipped in from NJ a few months ago, fixed up some and now for sale.

Here's what I did to it:
  • Installed a working torque converter set up.
  • New jackshaft, including the bearings.
  • Replaced the engine with a 5hp Tecumseh (had a Craftsman 3.5hp when I got it.)
  • Straightened the upper handlebar the best I could. (May have been bent in shipping).
  • New brake and throttle cables.
  • New rear shocks.
Here's what still needs to be done:
  • Needs the disc brake on the rear sprocket, either, adjusted, rebuilt or replaced. Keeps hanging up while the bike is in motion.
  • Lower front fork needs straightening.
  • Most likely will need new tires. They hold air but are weather checked.
  • Front coil over springs need cleaning or rechromed. Painted in primer red (I think).
  • Engine needs a good carb cleaning (I'll work on that this weekend).
When I first got this bike up and working it was fast as heck. Handled pretty good for a big bike. And it just flat out looks BAD A$$ !!

The bike was spray painted, not powdercoat or enamel paint. Just the basic rattle can. Looks good though. Fix it up a little more and this would be a great trail rider.

Asking $700. PayPal, Cash or USPS money order.

Open to partial trade/cash for a nice Puma or Hawg Ty minibike.

I'll have this bike at the Last Chance Minibike Swap Meet in Osseo, MI on September 28.
No other shipping or delivery available on this bike, Sorry.

Made some adjustments to the brake assembly, seems to be working like it should. Also, tuned up the motor and it's running good.

Rode it around for about 30 minutes tonite and didn't have a single problem.

Sale price of $699
