Some porting i did NEED INPUT

Its rough right now but just want some input. I still have to clean up the back side of the D too so dont jump on me lol. Whats everyone doing with the exhaust port?

:thumbsup:i am no pro but i take a piece of hanger and bend it in a L shape and trim it to the same size as my valve seat and use it as a guide as to how much material i need to trim from the port. trying to make the with as close to the seat size as possible making sure it goes and dosent get stuck. i do this just on width of the port top to bottom. not height

Did you hit the oil hole in the 4th pic down?

IMO, usually exhaust ports don't need as much attention as the intake side.

yes i hit the oil hole i fill it in with epoxy

First impressions:

You made the port larger, and thats fine oif your going to run a larger valve and larger carb.

You could have done a touch more work with the short radius and some unshrouding of the valves.

Keep us posted.

i plan on unshrouding the valves too. i plan on running stock valves for now.
