Yeah I knew it wasn't a VT-10..... Thought I'd toss it up on here though for anyone out on the left coast who may be interested, bidding seems on the low side...looks mostly all there...

HI! I have a VT-8 and a VT-10 ... your bike is a VT-8. If the motor is original it is 8hp. You can Google pictures of both bikes. Carburetor orientation and the exhaust are 2 most noticeable things. The VT-10 has the wider front end and tire that is the same size as the back. The VT-8 could have come with either a wide, lager tire setup or the narrower, smaller tire you have on it. Your front tire is a 18x8.50-8. Nice bike tho and in Michigan it would fetch $500 or so.
