Tecumseh air filters

Ive been looking around for airfilters that will fit my 3hp Tecumseh engine but the only one I can find are this:

Are there any other higher quality filters out there or even any with different colors?

There are yellow ones... but they are 45 years old, and if ya manage to find one, they're 100 dollars for something that works exactly the same, and ya can't see it anyways.. :laugh:

The one shown works just great.. There's nothing in the world you can do to that 3 horse to make it (NEED) more air than you can move through the standard filter..

If ya wanted a higher flowing filter just for the throttle response or just bragging rights, there are aftermarket racing parts available, but you'll have to swap out the filter mount itself..

This is what I did with mine I just cut off the top and painted to match.
