I would like to call this head NOS but not sure. I bought it a couple years back and it came in this old Tecumseh box. I can't really call it new either because I installed it, worked on the engine a couple days but never got it to run so I went a different direction. I filed down one of the fins just a smidge as you can see to accommodate for the plug wire. It was new and has never been on a running engine. It has 4-0-37 stamped on the underside of the head. $20 shipped in the US.
