TiVO Roamio OTA .... Thoughts?

The wife and I are just about to cut the cord on Satellite and go with the TiVO Roamio OTA with DVR.
I put a highly rated rooftop antenna on the house 7 or 8 years ago and it gets the big 4 plus a few so that will work well with the OTA box.
I will buy TiVo Minis for the other 2 TV's in the house.
$15 a month for TiVO + $16 for Netflix and Hulu Plus = $31 a month.

Any thoughts or suggestions?

I got rid of Direct tv about 6 months ago. After 10 years of their service I got sick of watching nothing but commercials and reruns. I get 7 channels now, it cost us about a dollar a month extra through Comcast (We have a commercial account with them for the home business, phone and Internet)
I though about getting Netflix but so far I don't miss it, most of the shows I used to watch I can see on my laptop for free, with no commercials.
