Vt70 carb help

Tried some things to clean up my carb but continues to be covered in grime/rust. Cannot even get the pin out to remove the float. Anyways I am trying to figure out where I can get a new one and which carb to get. Also if I purchase one will it come with the appropriate gaskets or will those hove to be purchased separately?

If you can remove the carb from the engine, try soaking it in a solution of either gasoline, acetone, paint thinner -- anything that will help break up the gunk inside and on the outside of the carb. I soaked a diaphragm carb like that and it came out looking brand new (after a few strokes with a wire brush).
