WANTED - 1968 Rupp struts.

Hello, I'm looking for the front struts for a 1968 Rupp XL-350 or Xl-500. If its available, I would be interested in the whole front end of this bike, including handle bars.

Thank you spark wizard, I wish that would work, but the 1968 struts have a bracket welded on for the disc brakes. I attached a photo of the bottom of the strut.

I don't know where to find these struts. If it was my bike, I would want to have originals. That said, a guy could make that 90º disc brake bracket and not weld it to the struts. Once the axle goes through and the nut is tightened the bracket won't move. This is simply an option that could be taken if these parts cannot be found.

I think I could cut that bracket off and weld it onto the wrong one so it looked right.

But I'm not a collector.
