Wanted custom wire harness for mini bike!

Want a wire harness for my tecumseh powersport 6.5 headlight taillight and maybe some blinkers? I know this engine came on certain gokarts. If anyone can has something that works let me know. If you know how to build one or can point me in the right direction I would appreciate it.

You can find simple wiring diagrams to help you sort it out. Harbor freight would have all the wirin, sleeving, and ends. It wouldn't take a lot. You would need a relay/fuse box if you wanted to go all out and do it right.

I made one up for my coleman to run off a 24v kobalt battery pack. Tail light and headlight. I havent hooked it up yet.

I just built a rectifier board for my Powell tecumseh but it has a 3 wire plug, two are AC outputs and the third is a kill wire. Your plug is 4 wire and looks like a 7 amp alternator. Have you had the flywheel off and looked at the alternator coils?

Any Idea of what the 4 pins are connected to? I'm gonna guess two are AC and the other two maybe for a kill switch?
