What engine do I have?

Yes, that is the illustrated parts breakdown that model number crosses to, however it is not that exact engine. No surprise, because as Markus said in another thread, earlier engines aren't detailed on line, but consumables cross. In this case, the diagram referenced shows a side exhaust engine. You have the more desirable rear exhaust version. FYI, most of the stuff from the H22, H25 and H30 are the same. And yeah, I'd call it a 1970 as well. It's a good engine to have, not worth what an HS40 is, but to the right person doing a restoration, a cool motor. I'd rebuild it to original, paint it white with some quality paint, and put it on a shelf and try not to lose more than a nickle two-ninety five on the deal. It's almost cool enough to clean up and replace consumables, rebuild the carb, and keep it looking original, but get it running. All of the above are my own opinions, so keep in mind I am no businessman, and suck at selling stuff.
