Hello all! new here.. thought I knew my vintage metal but this one is stumping me. Anybody know what this is? I looked at all of Wayne's ads as slideshows {Thank you Wayne for collecting them}, I've looked at classifieds here and other sites as well?!...no luck.
of note:
-front springs mount in back of forks (I've never seen this before?)
-single top tube
-folding foot pegs
-rear springs lean at back angle
