That's a new one for me. The frame looks familiar, but never seen 10 inch wheels on one.

I'm thinking home made ? But looking good.

Some imprecise bends on the rear and up by the neck, I would think home build as well

X3 on homemade.
Sissy bar looks to be bolted with one bolt each side and angle iron welded so seat can mount to sissy bar. Looks a little scary.
Also, I have never seen an engine plate butt welded on the side of the frame. They are normally on top.
It is a good project, though.

@Mini nuts did you get it?
Nothing at all wrong with a homemade bike. Just like any other used bike, you need to make sure it's safe before you let anybody ride it.
I know I would love to have it, and I am not the only one.
