What is this weird hacked chopper Minibike?

I got a complete mini-bike off Facebook a week ago. It was modified by what I was told was a 'crazy old guy' o.
Looks like he welded on a bicycle style front end.
I was told the front wheel is a Yamaha.



Anyone know what the frame was originally? I like the geometry and how slim it is. Pretty cool. Maybe the rear wheel is a clue?

Looks like a Bird mini, possibly a Golden Pinto...................Tom.

Yes, Bird Fury Bird/Sprite/Golden Pinto --- the rear wheel is a Go Power like was used on Bonanza bikes. Front end is modified or from something else entirely. I'm not sure which

I looked this morning and didn't see any sign of it ever having shock tabs on the rear.

Yes the front end is from something else entirely. It's a bicycle style headset which will be fun for me because I have a Marzocchi Bomber fork to try out on there.
