Yeah, looks to be a mix. Those are bonanza BC1200 forks, a Rupp frame, with a harbor freight engine.

Not Rupp in anyway! That sticker is on a Cat chainguard and none Rupp forks. LOL. That person was using what was laying around to put that bike together than slapped some stickers on it to make a quick buck.

Looks like a bonanza frame with the jackshaft mounts cut off.
