What model/year is this TOTE GOTE

Just purchased most of a TOTE GOTE..Trying to determine age and model:
Steering tube neck is stamped NO179
The frame is a no-suspension rear end
Frame has loop behind a boxed are behind the seat - like the 430's but does not have a swing arm
front forks apear to have internal springs for suspension

A picture would really help. but I'll give it a shot. The only tote gotes that have the number stamped on the steering tube were the very early model P's. Springs in the forks didn't start until the model 600. Only a guess. Please post a picture.
