What is this lil hunk of rusty garage sale beef cake? Arco?

Looks like a Cat 300

At first, I thought 250, but if the fender is correct, it's a 300. The 250 didn't have fenders

That's not an original scrub brake on there. The pedal would be on the right side and the mounts are incorrect. Pretty bad picture, but with that chrome fender I'm going to say it's a Cat R3501 with the wrong handle bars.

Here's how the 300X scrub brake looks. It mounts right to the engine plate.

I was only looking for the make. Model was icing, in this case. Next time I will express this. I did dwell over who to give the credit to for a lot longer than a sane person probably would though. The pressure!
