Who sells modified clones/Predators?

I am trying to get my buddy away from running 40 year old 2 strokes. Who sells modified clones or Predators that are "ready to go" that do 12-15hp?

What is he running it on? Sounds like he needs to go to HF and get a 420 predator.

It is going on a trike. What is the spec on the clone 6.5 done up? looks like 10hp unless I am reading it wrong. He wants the light weight of the 6.5 and more hp. To replace the Rockwell JLO 230...
