I’m going to be making a wooden mini bike with a 212 predator. I have been drawing up plans for weeks now. But tonight I will start to work on drawing up some final plans. It will obviously be scratch built. Most likely tommorow I will scan the drawings and post them on here. If you have any suggestions please tell me.

Google search it...there are tons of wooden mini bikes built. Some are good ideas..some are instant death waiting to happen. But you can gather a better idea of what has been done before.

I would investigate some of the laminate recurve bow builders glues as well. Unibond 800, Nyatex, Epon come to mind. There are others at aircraftspruce. There are good ones that don’t require heat-setting, if that will help. Ironwood as well as Douglas Fir.
