WTB: a decent bike somewhat local to 19529

my son received a doodlebug as his xmas gift today, and I'm interested in finding something to ride to share in the fun with him.

I'm pretty handy and have a couple small engines lying around, so it doesn't have to be running--but it would be a plus. wouldn't mind something fairly ordinary that I could update a bit later. Kind of want to sneak outside to ride whatever weekend days we can.

I'm located outside of allentown, PA. working with a budget of around 300 bucks. show me what you got. thanks.

Pit Bug--the 300 dollar doodle bug+the swap materials (clutch, etc.) would put me over budget.

there's a fella somewhere near philly that has a rupp for sale I'm gonna be checking out hopefully this weekend. Any one else?
