:just adding further info to post if anyone intends to fit pewee80 engine into a chappy frame , it can be done their are a few mods to be done such as
1; carby intake needs to be modified as the pewee intake has the carby off to the left side, the intake needs the snout welded into a more central position on the base so the carby is sitting to the centre of the frame
2: left side cover needs a notch cut out at top near engine sprocket so the cover doesn't foul on the bump in the frame
other than that the engine lines up with existing mounting points
oh i forgot the top engine mount bracket needs the spacer where bolt goes through removed and a different thickness spacer in place so bracket sits in correct position
will post pictures as soon as frame is back from painters and engine is sitting in frame
after much inspecting the pewee engine is the later version of the lb80 engine with slight changes also you will need to adapt the air cleaner as the pewee carby points to the front of bike minor modification required, also engine pipe needs to be adapted to pewee head
