Zipper Micro Mini Bike

Picked this up a few years ago and going to start the build. Anyone know any history on this? Would this be considered a rare mini bike?

I knew all the history but forgot most of it. A friend has a friend that knows the man who made them. Made in KS in the 1990's. He made 200 bikes. 100 red and a 100 black.

So I plan to put the engine you see in the picture which is a Chinese 2stroke 49cc engine. Besides that I just need to fabricate a scrub brake and it will be on the road . Any ideas ?
